Akhauri Rajesh Sinha
Chairman
Mr. Sinha is a seasoned banking professional with over 37 years of experience across public / private sector and foreign banks in India and abroad. Held several senior assignments and managed various functions such as Corporate Banking, Equity and Debt Capital markets, International Banking, Risk management etc. His last banking assignment was as MD & Country Head, Royal Bank of Canada, India. He moved to the industrial sector in 2019 and held several senior positions viz. Chairman – Jindal Power, Group Director Finance – Jindal Steel, Principal Group Advisor – Power Trading Corporation, Mr. Sinha has an impressive educational background. He is a post graduate in Business Administration and also holds other degrees like Master of Science (M.Sc), LL.B, CAIIB and DPCA. His role as Non-Executive Chairman & Director at Human Factor is informed by a rich career marked by significant contributions to public sector banks, private sector institutions, and foreign banks, making him an invaluable resource with a proven track record in financial markets, corporate structures, and risk management.


Tanu Gupta
Founder & CEO
Tapping into over 25 years of HR leadership, Tanu, an accomplished professional with qualifications from XLRI Jamshedpur and Delhi University, has driven transformative initiatives at esteemed companies like PwC India, Max Life Insurance, and Wipro. In 2022, leveraging her wealth of experience, she founded Human Factor—an impactful social enterprise dedicated to Diversity and Inclusion, championing sustainable people practices for a brighter future.


Madhumati Dubey
Director - Strategy and Program Management
With 23+ years of experience, excels in Project and Account Management in E-learning, Consulting, Training, Healthcare and Skill Development sectors. Having played key roles at VMentor, LabourNet Services, Napier Healthcare, Deloitte Consulting, Adayana and more, she brings a wealth of expertise. Pioneering each strategic and program endeavour, Madhu leads the way in driving initiatives at Human Factor. Her commitment to excellence is underscored by a proven track record of delivering impactful results, making her an invaluable asset to the team. Madhu is also a co-founder of National Skills Network (NSN).


Amit Gulati
Director - Solutions and Architecture
Amit Gulati has extensive project handling experience in architecture in Europe and India, taking overall responsibility for design and drawings and Client Interactions. His professional association with International firms and time spent in Holland, Delhi and Ahemdabad gives him vast range of architectural knowledge that skillfully reflect in the project running. Through years of experience in mostly large scale projects varying from exhibitions, offices to amusement parks, Amit brings with him detailed understanding of management of the project, client and consultant coordination, and vendor evaluation. His design sensibilities, technical strength in CAD Software applications allows him to provide efficient design solutions and cohesive construction drawings for every space. Amit is also an accredited LEED AP and contributes in improving each project with sustainable green ideas.


Himanshi Sardana
Disability Inclusion HR Specialist
A graduate of Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, and a Masters in Social Work (MSW) from the Department of Social Work, University of Delhi; Himanshi’s journey is marked by her strong advocacy for inclusivity. With over two years of executive search experience and a background in promoting disability inclusion, she has made significant contributions as a Project Associate at the National Centre for Promotion of Employment of Disabled People. She has also been a part of a distinguished panel discussion titled "Voice, Velocity, and Visibility: the Pathway to Building a Collective for Persons with CP," hosted by Enable India and Start-up India on October 10th, 2023.
